Purpose: After binding the photo frame, local pictures, audio, and videos need to be read for upload or editing before uploading;

2. Permissions Used: Camera permission;
Business Purpose: Scan the device QR code, take pictures or record videos for upload;
Purpose: One way to bind the device is to scan the QR code; another is to take pictures for upload, which will be saved on the smartphone;
Timing: Prompted when using scan or camera for the first time;
1. Information Collected for Login via Email or Phone Number
You need to log in to the APP using a verification code sent to your email or phone number. The APP will collect your email or phone number for login and to protect your membership rights. If you refuse to provide this information, you may not be able to register or log in, nor enjoy exclusive services based on your account.
2. Smart Device Binding Function
The APP needs to bind with the smart hardware to enable file transfer (images, videos) from your phone to the device. There are two ways: scanning the device QR code (requires camera permission) or entering the device random code (no special permission needed). To achieve this, we need to access your network and WiFi status.
3. Upload Function
After binding, you can upload photos/videos via the camera or from your album/media library. This requires access to your camera, microphone, and media library. Uploaded files are temporarily stored on our server and deleted after the device downloads them, unless you choose otherwise or as required by law.
The device is only a display platform and does not contain any built-in resource files. Any copyright infringement caused by uploading or importing resources for commercial use is unrelated to the device and APP.
4. History Records
Upload history is stored on our server for this function and can be deleted by you at any time. We will not provide this information to others unless you choose to or as required by law.
5. Device Permissions Used
ACCESS_CAMERA: Take photos or record videos to send to the device;
ACCESS_FLASHLIGHT: Use the flashlight when taking photos in low light;
ACCESS_WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Read/write storage for uploading and saving files;
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Detect network status to avoid unnecessary data usage;
6. Calendar Sync
Calendar access: To remind you of local calendar events that can be synced.
Third-party calendar access: 'byjoywe' allows third-party calendar sync if you provide account credentials for a better experience.
We will seek your consent before using your information for purposes not covered by this policy. You can withdraw consent via your phone settings. According to laws and regulations, we may collect your information without consent in the following cases:

1. Cancellation Process
Log in to the APP, go to the personal center, and click the "Delete Account" button at the bottom. After risk reminders, click "Delete Account" again to confirm. After confirmation, you will be logged out and returned to the main interface.
2. Explanation
After you cancel your account, we will stop providing products or services, and the content, information, data, and records under the account will be deleted or anonymized (unless otherwise required by law or regulatory authorities). Once the account is deleted, it cannot be restored and you will need to register again to log in.
For security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may require you to verify your identity before processing your request and will respond within 15 days.
We may not respond in the following cases:
1. National security or defense;
2. Public safety, public health, or major public interests;
3. Criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement;
4. If you abuse your rights;
5. If responding would harm your or others' legitimate rights;
6. If it involves trade secrets.
Our products, websites, and services are mainly for adults. Children may not create accounts without parental consent.
